Meet Our Senior Team

Shireen Ardeshir, Senior Partner – Education

Shireen Ardeshir has been in the field of international education for over 20 years. Shireen’s experience includes various education management and leadership roles in India and Australia. She has worked with various levels of internal stakeholders including Vice Chancellor, Senior Management and Academic Board level and external stakeholders ranging from International and Local Institutions, Government and Ministry to Students, Parents and Alumni. Her work has spanned across career and opportunities counselling to research, strategy and advisory roles as well as operational management, project management and implementation. She has successfully set-up and managed the in-country brand of the companies she has been associated with.

Kevin has a successful track record as an entrepreneur, having set up and now, managing various enterprises including, KAJE Creations – a digital content company, Point of View (P.O.V) – a community initiative and the more recent INK studio which focuses on Art and Design education for all age groups. A creative bent and over 20 years of experience has had Kevin work with clients across the media – MTV, Channel V, Star TV and the likes; the corporate sector – Paymate, Plast India, HSBC and the education sector – the Don Bosco group among others. Passionate about education and keen to provide a holistic and globally integrated program for students, Kevin firmly believes that the education sector provides an answer to a range of economic and global challenges faced today. He is also a thought leader on alternate education.

Tinaz has over 20 years experience in office operations support and is excellent in client management and rapport building. She has previously worked with the British Deputy High Commission establishing herself as valuable and trustworthy. Having lived in the US for over six years, Tinaz understands the importance of cross-cultural communication, the importance of collaborative efforts within an organisation and the importance of working in synergy.

A serial digital entrepreneur with deep experience in youth/campus, content and brand building, Saurabh is an engineer-MBA with 20 years of television and digital brand management experience, serving in leadership positions at Star, Viacom, Radio City and Disney. He has delivered pioneering branded content properties like MTV Roadies, [v] Get Gorgeous, and set up the first branded content solutions team in the Disney Kids' TV global network. He is also the co-founder of the recently acquired Flarepath, a top 10 independent content and digital marketing agency that has worked with Fortune 500 brands, top Bollywood studios and entertainment personalities.

League of Champions

Study Networks has successfully conceptualized, developed, implemented and promoted the gamification of education events. Through “League of Champions” (LOC), students can have a quick, easy, fun and certified way of participating in events. The model can also be used as an easy tool for training and development internally. The games have been successfully implemented in the ‘Education in Ireland’ events in November 2020 and February 2021

Outreach for Domestic Clients

Since early 2021, Study Networks is the official outreach partner for education with Garodia International College, Mumbai which offers the Associate Degree program of Browards College, Florida, USA and training with the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry offering the DeakinCo programs in the areas of Data Driven Marketing, Digital Literacy, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Innovation, Financial Literacy, Communication and Customer Service.

Study Hospitality in Ireland, 2020

As the outreach partner of Education in Ireland’s Study in Ireland Education Fair in February 2020, Study Networks organised and successfully executed the boutique ‘Study Hospitality in Ireland’ mini-fair. Using a combination of school engagement and digital marketing, Study Networks managed to get a packed house of hospitality students, educators and parents with a common interest in hospitality education, industry and in Ireland.

Market Research Report: Country Responses to COVID 19 Pandemic, 2020

During the peak of the COVID 19 Lockdown in April this year, Study Networks undertook a study to understand the different responses from key international education markets for international students and undertook an in-country survey to assess the impact of Changes to Commencement Dates in 2020; Acceptance of alternative results; Online Classes; Consideration of tuition fee reduction; Introduction / Increase in scholarships; Support to the international student community and understanding the key challenges ahead.

VIGEP 2019

ANZSOG engaged Study Networks to deliver a four-day program in Bangalore for senior Karnataka and Victorian government officials. Professional and committed, Study Networks provided a reliable team which was able to effectively engage with key stake holders and execute services at high service standards.

Science is Fun – A Professional Development Workshop for Science Teachers, 2019

In yet another school engagement model, Study Networks organised a workshop for science teachers in Bangalore. Study Networks organized, executed and provided logistics management of the workshop which saw a reach of over 50 schools in the state of Karnataka.
